DELIVERY We deliver items anywhere in the Ottawa area, by next day, or upon delivery arrangement with the customer. PICK UP If you would like to pick up your order, simply select local delivery (since this will be a local arrangement) and we will arrange to have your item delivered to our local Pet Value store, to be picked up at your convenience. *A confirmation will be sent to you to inform you your item can be picked up*
