SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
All items are shipping withing 3-5 days of us receiving your order. If there is an issue with one of the items, if it is a custom furniture piece, or anything else, we will contact you directly by email and advise you of the delay.
All items are shipped though Canada post and are tracked with Paypal. Since your payment goes through paypal as well, your items are tracked by Paypal to ensure you receive the items you paid for.
When we box up your order and ship it, Paypal is notified and a confirmation email will be sent to you letting you know your order is on it's way.
If a tracking number is available, it will be sent to you in the confirmation email. Note* most small orders (weighing 1 lb or less) do not come with the option to add a tracking number. In an effor to keep costs low, we often work with this 'small packet' shipping option with no tracking number.

Return & Exchange Policy
All of our items are hand selected before being packaged. We guarantee quality, freshness (for edible items) and that we personaly inspect your items before packaging your box.
If you are unhappy with your items, please contact us and we will be happy to make things right. Unfortunately, since our items are at such a low cost, returning your items isn't usually cost efficient for either us nor the Customer. Simply contact us and we will do our best to fix the issue.
FURNITURE & ACCESSORIES - For furniture and accessories, should your item become damaged or require any replacement parts, please contact us with your issue and replacement parts will be sent (as long as the item is still a current item that we carry, if not, a value may be provided to you for the cost of the item or towards the purchase of a replacement item that is similar).
